About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven core team member as a Senior Business Development Representative – Enterprise to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate loyalty solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Drive revenue in the Tier 1 enterprise customers in India and overseas market for Flyy’s Acquisition and Loyalty platform.

Build and manage sales pipeline by self-generating leads and working closely with the demand generation team.

Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying the leads to doing sales demo’s, progressing the opportunity and closing the sale.

Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.

Get a deep understanding of the customers’ business challenges, their impact and how Flyy’s offerings can help overcome the challenges.

Engage closely with the solution delivery/implementation team.

Implementation method and project plan during the Sales process.

Be an excellent team player to orchestrate effective collaboration between all teams for ensuring customer success.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • 6+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years of experience in selling SAAS solutions to


  • Proven record of driving results in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales environment


  • Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic and at times, ambiguous environment


  • Has the ability to converse at any level within the customer organization


  • Has an entrepreneurial mind-set, forward thinking and decision-making skills
