About the Role
We are looking for a core team member to lead our marketing efforts of Gamifying enterprise apps by marketing flyy to product managers and marketing heads, primarily targeting fintech and e-commerce.
You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to shape and implement our marketing and go-to-market strategy in India and globally. As the marketing leader at flyy, you’ll be tasked with building and managing the marketing roadmap.

Requirements
Above 4 years of experience as a Marketer Manager at a B2B SaaS or Product-based company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
Develop, plan and execute the digital marketing strategy, including taking ownership of lead generation, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain product’s social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
Drive our lead generation activities and track their conversion rates and ROI
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Research competitors, analyze their strategies to find loopholes and improve plans accordingly
Develop and execute winning SEO tactics to improve organic search traffic
Analyze traffic, on-page statistics to increase conversion
Take full responsibility and be a champion to attract millions of users and keep them engaged. Finally, deliver conversions
