About the Role
We are looking for a core team member to lead our sales efforts of Gamifying enterprise apps by selling flyy to product managers and marketing heads, primarily targeting fintech and e-commerce.
You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to shape and implement our sales and go-to-market strategy in India and globally. As the sales leader at flyy, you’ll be tasked with building and managing the sales and customer success teams.
Requirements & Responsibilities
A strong B2B SaaS sales experience (>4 years ).
Experience with leading strategy and execution with senior teams.
Track record of selling significant net new business.
Experience selling in the Indian and overseas markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Having experience selling SaaS marketing and automation tools is a bonus.

Deliver product demos and run webinars.
Build out the sales and customer success strategy and team alongside the founders
Manage and track customer and transactional information in the CRM system.
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
Impact product roadmap by connecting the business to customer feedback.
Support marketing efforts to bring engaged prospects onto product demo.
Be an evangelist for the company's vision and values across the board, including presenting at conferences and events
