Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

Collaborate closely with product and solutions teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of product features. Craft compelling narratives, messages, and positioning tailored to specific features.

Develop and execute Go-to-marketing strategies plans in collaboration with the marketing and sales team to drive awareness and meet business objectives. This includes creating relevant product focused content for LinkedIn, case studies, website etc.

Understand the market, persona and industry trends and translate these into continuous improvements for the go-to-market strategies

Oversee the end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns, performance marketing campaigns, BFSI events, SEO from campaign planning to execution, lead capture, and performance analysis.

Implement and monitor key marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Drive continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining to increase operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to provide insights into campaign performance, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • 3+ Years of experience in product marketing or marketing operations, demand generation, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment within the SaaS industry is mandatory.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.


  • Excellent ability to pay close attention to details and effectively handle multiple, competing priorities concurrently


  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative and achieves results in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.


  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing Platform & Organic growth (e.g., SEO & Content marketing, Google ads, Programmatic ads, Social media ads), CRM systems (e.g., Close), and other marketing technologies (Semrush, MOZ, Ubersuggest, spyfu, Taboola, etc).


  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, leveraging digital marketing channels, email marketing, and content marketing.


  • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to drive decision-making.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.


  • Familiarity with the BFSI industry and knowledge of gamified loyalty platforms is a plus.
